# Redemption

#### Redemption

Users can collect and keep cards as digital cards, or redeem cards to be shipped to them. If a user redeems a card, the NFT will be burnt and the card will be shipped to the user's physical address.

* **Step 1:** Go to your profile and go to **redemptions** tab 
* **Step 2:** Select your cards. Cards are stored in either the **US Vault** or the **HK Vault,** you need to place separate redemption orders for each vault.
* **Step 3:** Enter your shipping address.
* **Step 4:** Review your shipping quote:
  * **US Vault:** Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on destination.
  * **HK Vault (Beta):** Shipping is currently request-based. After submitting your address, our team will provide a shipping quote manually. Expect a response within 24–48 hours.
* **Step 5:** Optionally add **shipping insurance** to protect against loss or damage in transit.
* **Step 6:** Confirm and pay the shipping fee.

> ⚠️ **Important: Once you pay, your digital card is permanently destroyed.** This prevents duplication and buyback errors. This action is irreversible, you cannot undo a redemption after payment.

#### Shipment

We ship to most countries worldwide, with only a few exceptions due to legal or logistical restrictions. If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact us.

Every card is packaged in a protective case with padding in a branded box.

#### Vault 

Gacha operates two vaults: US (mostly English-language cards) and HK (mostly Japanese-language cards)

All cards are insured while in the vault (storage insurance is included). Transit insurance is the optional add-on at redemption.

### How quickly can I get my product when I redeem?

Depends on your shipping location and country. Packages in the US will generally arrive within 10 business days of processing, while shipping outside of the US may take longer. Once you have redeemed your product, we will provide shipment tracking information to you so your package is visible every step of the way.

#### Will I be charged import taxes? 

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. 

* If you select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at check-out, taxes are pre-paid
* If you didn't select DDP at check-out, taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
